If only the libtards/riverwatchers/leftists would be successful in removing all boats from the water (except theirs, of course), the world would be a perfect poop-free place. Except, of course, for that septic tank called Washington, DC (and every other major city in the world). Get a clue water Nazis! More "No Discharge Zones" aren't the answer.
