The Anne Arundel County [MD] Department of Health has ordered an emergency closing and warns against swimming and direct water contact for Marley Creek in Glen Burnie due to a sewage overflow of more than 100,000 gallons.

It is only ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND GALLONS!  I don't think there's a boat (or ship) in the world that holds that much waste.
