I've spoken to David Kennedy at BoatUS trying to get info and recommendations on what to expect at this hearing. It would be better to have an organized series of speakers (you'll get 3-5 minutes max), than each of us going up there repeating the same things. How do we find each other, band together and build a community to fight this?
